Refund policy
Due to the handmade and devotional nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Because each item is handcrafted using natural materials, variations in color, grain, and pattern are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions or is submitted outside the stated timeframe.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
