Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused or unclaimed and returned to us may be subject to a restocking or reshipping fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
